You can send your application, supporting documents and appropriate fee to – stl@cne-siar.gov.uk or by post to Consumer & Environmental Services, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Sandwick Road, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1 2BW. Please note that we are unable to process your application without the appropriate fee being paid. We will then contact you with an update on your application status.
Please do not send original documents as we are unable to return them.

Online Payments
Anyone wishing to make a payment other than by Direct Debit can do so by using the secure Capita Online Payments Portal. Payments on this site are secure. If you select Misc payments/consumer & environmental services/short term lets. Please note that refunds are not provided once applications are received and processed.
