Following the successful uptake of the fund in previous years, where £16,000 has been distributed annually to community bodies across the Western Isles to encourage youth activity during the summer period, Western Isles Development Trust will shortly be launching the Youth Summer Activities Fund 2024. The fund will be open from 24 April 2024 to 16 May 2024 to fund youth activities during the school holidays. Applications for up to £1,000 are invited from community groups. Once the fund of £16,000 has been expended it will close.
