Major/EIA Applications Pending
These are applications which fall into the category of a National or Major Development or are Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) planning applications as well as applications for proposed developments of a major scale made to Scottish Ministers under S36 or S37 of the Electricity Act or for a Marine Licence in respect of which the Comhairle is a consultee.
