EIA Scoping Opinions
These are requests by a developer to the Comhairle as Planning Authority for its opinion of the Scope of matters to be addressed in an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) required to be prepared and submitted by the developer to inform a proposed future planning application. These are not Planning Applications.
