Among the standouts, Gairloch High School, Sgoil an Taobh Siar, and Portree Secondary School each received double nominations, highlighting the dedication and passion of their young filmmakers. Impressively, the Comunn na Gàidhlig group from Harris leads with three nominations with their comedic take on the hit TV show "The Voice."

The films cover a range of topics and styles, from compelling documentaries to innovative performances and storytelling that highlight the power and vibrancy of Gaelic language and culture.
Cllr Paul Finnegan, Chair of Comhairle nan Eilean Siar’s Education, Sport and Children’s Services Committee, said:
“They have all done exceptionally well to reach this stage of the competition. This is further evidence of the praiseworthy work which is taking place in our schools and communities. A huge amount of effort went into making the films and I wish every school, pupil and group the very best of luck”.
