Roads

As stated in the Traffic and Transport section of the EIA Report an Abnormal Load Routing Plan and Construction Traffic Management Plan should be agreed with CnES priors to the works commencing.

Any bridges or structures crossed as part of the Abnormal Load Route should be assessed beforehand with any enquiries directed to the CnES Bridges/ Structural Engineer.

Mitigation works may be required along this route to allow delivery of units.

The developer will be responsible for the repair of damages to the road network as a result of the project. It would be in the in the interest of the developer to film the proposed routes prior to works commencing and carry out condition surveys as stated in the EIA Report
