It is recommended that participants wear/bring with them:
- Suitable clothing & footwear for indoor, and if the weather is good outdoor activities.
- A bottle of water and light snack to all activities. If your child is attending for the full day, please bring along a packed lunch.
- Sunscreen, as some of our activities may be outdoors, weather dependent.
Children with additional supports needs are welcome to our events. Please inform us at the time of booking, detailing your child’s additional requirements. A parent/carer may be required to stay with their child to ensure adequate supervision.

How to Book
Our bookings will go live on Midday on Thursday 30 June 2022 for the full list of activities.
Bookings can be made via the the CnES Sport & Health app. or at the Sport Centre reception.
If booking via the app you must use your child/children’s ID and pin number, if you don’t already have them, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Information – if your child is attending for the full day, you must book them onto both the morning and afternoon session. Children attending both sessions will be supervised over the lunch break.
Please note, advanced booking is not required for the family activities at Picnic and Play and North and South Games days.
