Fees and Charges - Planning Applications

(Effective from 1 April 2022)

The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and subsequent amendments can be found at legislation.gov.uk (Opens in a new window or downloads a file)

Payment must accompany all applications.  Payment can be made on our Online Payments Portal (Opens in a new window or downloads a file), by telephone on 01851 600502.  Payment can also be made at one of the Comhairle Offices (Opens in a new window or downloads a file), except in Stornoway where payment can be made at Stornoway Town Hall.

Where possible, please quote the application Ref. No. when making payment, or where the Ref. No. is unknown please quote the development site address.
