School and Facility Closures Balivanich, Lionacleit and Iochdar - 14th September

Due to the active water quality warning issued by Scottish Water affecting the HS7 and HS8 postcode areas on 13th September, the Comhairle will be required to fully close the following facilities to all staff, pupils and service users on 14th September.

Balivanich School and Nursery
Iochdar School and Nursery
Sgoil Lionacleit
Lionacleit Education Centre
Lionacleit Sports Centre and Library

The continuing impact of the water quality issues on services will be monitored during the course of tomorrow and arrangements for Friday 15th September will be confirmed in due course.
