Christmas Markets

Trading Standards are issuing a timely reminder to charities and community groups who are organising Christmas markets, that their organisations should ensure that all Traders selling at their events must be compliant with safety and other trading legislation.

Traders who are craft and homemade producers of items such as foodstuffs, toys, cosmetics and electrical goods have to conform to specific safety and labelling regulations.
