Notice of Election

A reminder to residents in the Western Isles that an election for eight Directors to serve on the Western Isles Development Trust is being undertaken on behalf of the Western Isles Development Trust by Comhairle nan Eilean Siar’s Election Team. Two Directors will be elected for each of the following areas: - Barra, Uist, Harris and Lewis.

Completed nomination forms should be submitted to one of the above Offices, or emailed to elections@cne-siar.gov.uk and must be received no later than 4.00pm on Monday 26 February 2018.

If more than two nomination forms are received for any area, a postal ballot of ordinary members of the Trust will be held.
