Corporate Strategy
Members of the Comhairle’s Policy and Resources Committee will be asked to start the process to develop a Corporate Strategy at tomorrow’s meeting.
It is proposed that, following discussions, a framework consultation paper on the Comhairle’s future strategic priorities over the next term, will be drafted for further public consultation.
An initial discussion paper for Members includes the following proposed Strategic Priorities:
- Population Retention and Growth
- Sustainable Economic Growth and Employment
- Quality of life, Wellbeing and Health
- Democracy and Governance and Community Empowerment
