Adult Rowing Fitness Class
Are you are interested in exercising to keep healthy and fit? Why not try our concept 2 rowing class?
This 30-minute class of moderately intense physical activity gives you the opportunity to work out at your own pace. This class will be led by a member of the Sports Development team.
These weekly classes can be booked using the booking app 'CnES Sports Facilities', after every class spaces for the following week will be released.
All classes are FREE for members or £4 adults, £2 concessions.
