Customer Satisfaction Survey
Best Value emphasises the importance of ensuring a customer/citizen focus across all services. The Comhairle aspires to maintain the highest standards of service delivery despite the challenges facing public services. Customers dealing with the Comhairle should have a common experience and level of service regardless of which service they are seeking or which channel they choose. To help the Comhairle understand the needs, expectations and priorities of all stakeholders, customers are being asked to provide feedback on their experiences. This corporate survey complements existing customer and service satisfaction surveys that individual services across the Comhairle undertake.
The survey is conducted to help us understand the experiences of the people who have contacted Comhairle nan Eilean Siar. We use the survey to make sure we’re supporting communities as best we can. No personal information is reported back to Comhairle nan Eilean Siar and we cannot identify individuals from their responses to the survey. The answers you give in the survey will be combined with answers from other people who have taken part to give overall survey findings. No one will be able to identify you individually from the data. Our reporting, surveying and data collection is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
