Avian influenza: Prevention Zone declared across Great Britain
From midday on Monday 17 October 2022, it will be a legal requirement for all bird keepers in Great Britain to follow strict biosecurity measures to help protect their flocks from the threat of avian flu.

Movement of mammals in Protection Zone and Surveillance Zone: general licence
There is a general licence (Opens in a new window or downloads a file) for the movement of mammals within, into or out of a Protection Zone and from or to premises in a Surveillance Zone where poultry or other captive birds are kept.
